CSF college preparatory advisors (CPAs) work directly with all students supporting their participation in the CSF Achievers Scholars Program.  Students are selected as CSF Achievers Scholars in December of their junior year.  College preparatory advisors work with the students in the program to support successful high school completion, preparation for college and college matriculation.

The CSF College and Career Readiness Program is provided at three Yakima middle schools to encourage students to aspire to college, prepare to graduate college-ready and build college and career knowledge.

The College Success Foundation is headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., and has additional offices in Washington, D.C. and Tacoma, Wash.  It is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization which began in 2000.  The Achievers Program is modeled after the very successful Washington State Achievers Scholarship Program which CSF operated for ten years in 16 state high schools.
