CSF-DC College Programs

CSF-DC provides comprehensive support to college students through our Assistant Program Officers (APO’s) and dedicated mentoring system. Each student is paired with an APO for personalized, one-on-one guidance throughout their college journey to ensure degree completion and successful transitions to career or graduate study.

APO’s deliver both in-person and remote matriculation coaching and advisement, monitor academic progress and campus engagement through on-site visits, and track Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). They also guide students through transcript/document check-ins, winter consultation seminars, internship and pre-professional planning meetings, and summer progression check-ins.

In addition, APO’s help students develop three-year career plans, which are monitored for 24 months after graduation to ensure successful entry into the workforce or graduate/professional school. Through this combination of structured guidance, mentoring, and career planning, CSF-DC ensures that college scholars have the academic, personal, and professional support they need to succeed.
