Spotlight on Frankie Mansaray: A Rising Leader in Business and Community Engagement

Frankie Mansaray, a CSF–DC Junior Scholar at The Catholic University of America, is making waves both on and off campus. Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship, Frankie exemplifies dedication, leadership and a passion for community involvement.

At the Busch School of Business, Frankie supports the academic growth of over 300 students as a teacher’s assistant and mentors first-generation college students through the Center for Cultural Engagement. In these roles, Frankie provides guidance and encouragement for students to navigate the first-year experience.

Additionally, Frankie serves as the events coordinator and manager for the Black Student Alliance and as president of the Iota Iota chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

Frankie’s professional experience includes a youth apprenticeship and summer internship at Accenture and a summer internship with Bank of America.

Driven by a vision to work in diversity and human resources, Frankie is dedicated to education equity for underserved communities and plans to give back to the community that has been instrumental in her journey.
