Alexandra Bailey Bryant: From CSF-DC Scholar to Future Sports & Entertainment Lawyer

February 13, 2026

Alexandra Bailey Bryant’s journey is a powerful example of what dedication, vision, and opportunity can accomplish. A senior at Alabama A&M University majoring in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice, Alexandra is currently on a Pre-Law track with a clear goal in mind: to become a Sports and Entertainment lawyer who advocates for athletes and creatives while shaping the future of the industry she loves.

During her time at Alabama A&M, Alexandra has distinguished herself as a student leader, campus contributor, and emerging professional. She currently serves as an Athletic Compliance Intern, where she works closely with the Athletics Department managing complementary ticket requests, coordinating official and unofficial visits, and assisting with the entry of student-athletes into the NCAA Transfer Portal. Through this role, she has gained valuable firsthand experience in collegiate athletics administration, compliance policies, and the legal structures that guide sports organizations, practical exposure that is already preparing her for a future career in law.

Alexandra’s commitment to growth extends far beyond the workplace. On campus, she is deeply involved in student life, serving as Communications Coordinator for the Pre-Law Society and participating in the Political Science Association. She proudly represents her identity as a First Generation Bulldog and maintains an active presence in organizations such as the English Club, AAMU Runs, and the AAMU DMV Club. Her involvement across multiple communities highlights her passion for connection, leadership, and impact.

Her hard work has not gone unnoticed. Alexandra has been nominated for both the NCAA Careers in Sports Forum and the NFL Future Leaders in Football Program, prestigious opportunities designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the sports industry. These nominations reflect not only her academic and professional excellence but also her determination to break barriers and make meaningful contributions in the legal and sports fields.

Alexandra’s story is also deeply rooted in family and legacy. A CSF-DC Scholar for seven years, she comes from a household where education and opportunity are shared values. Her older brother Kenneth and younger siblings Anthony and Erica have also participated in CSF-DC programs, demonstrating a family-wide commitment to growth, achievement, and community support.

“CSF-DC is not just a program, it is a community, a village, and a family. For the past 5 years, I have had amazing mentors that taught me to be leaders. Most importantly, through my high school and collegiate career, CSF-DC has showed up, through my hardships and accomplishments. For all of these things, I am extremely grateful. Extended gratitude and thanks 700 miles away.”

As Alexandra prepares for the next chapter, law school and beyond, she stands as a shining example of what happens when talent meets preparation and passion meets purpose. Her journey is still unfolding, but one thing is certain: the future of sports and entertainment law will be brighter with her in it.
