Join us on February 25, 2026, at Skagit Valley College’s McIntyre Hall (Mount Vernon, WA) for a free, in-person Community of Practice serving Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties. This collaborative event brings together the Homeless Student Stability Program (HSSP) and Homeless Student Stability Education Program (HSSEP), Passport to Careers, schools, colleges, and community partners to strengthen cross-sector connections and advance housing and educational stability for students experiencing homelessness.
