CSF-DC Parent and Community Outreach
CSF-DC’s Parent University is our community outreach initiative designed to support parents, guardians, and other members of our students’ youth development circles. The program helps families understand the benefits of participation in CSF-DC programming while addressing social service needs such as housing, adult education, healthcare, financial advising and workforce readiness. Parent University specifically targets caregivers and is anchored within the families of our partner schools.
The program is held once a month during the academic year, alongside Saturday Academy, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., and is facilitated by the CSF-DC leadership team and/or guest speakers.

Please note that Parent University will be held at Cesar Chavez, Parkside located at 3701 Hayes Street NE, Washington DC 20019. There is parking in the school parking lot. Please take the pedestrian bridge from the Minnesota Avenue Metro Station (Blue and Orange Line) to get to Cesar Chavez, Parkside.
