Governor Awards Foster Youth Scholarships
On May 14, 40 college-bound youth in care from across Washington State will receive the Governors’ Scholarship for Foster Youth at a ceremony with Governor Gregoire. This scholarship is designed to assist Washington State foster youth enroll in and graduate from Washington State colleges and universities. Please save the date of July 10, 2012 for the Chateau Ste. Michelle Scholarship Dinner. This year marks the tenth year that Chateau Ste. Michelle and CSF have partnered to provide financial support for students to attend and graduate college with a bachelor's degree. Chateau Ste. Michelle is committed to diversity and to providing access to higher education for the state’s underserved students. |

WCAN Hosts Annual Conference
The Annual Washington College Access Network (WCAN) Conference is an opportunity to meet, collaborate and share best practices with colleagues from across the state. The 2012 conference focused on building local college access networks to bridge the socioeconomic achievement gap among the students they serve. WCAN is an affiliated organization of CSF.
