Now available for download is the Hometown Mentor Reference Manual, which provides great resources and offer suggestions and guidelines for developing a strong relationship with your mentee.

We believe that you will find the mentor training and materials here valuable. Developing skills and knowledge about issues that affect the growth of your relationship with your mentee will be an on-going process founded on regular meetings and open, honest discussions with your mentee. Your College Preparatory Advisor is always available to assist you and your mentee establish an effective and rewarding relationship.
