Hero Summer Leadership Academy

DC HERO Summer Academy students tour Penn State University.

The DC College Success Foundation’s HERO Initiative implemented the first annual Leadership Academy from June 28, 2010 – August 6, 2010 for HERO Program participants, including a 1 day capstone HERO Institute and an opportunity for 10th grade students to experience college life through a week- long tour of various colleges and universities.
